If your coating doesn't last a month, doesn't seem to bond right when you apply it, or the paint still feels slick like there's a layer of wax on it, that's usually leftover wax and oil from before. This degreasing spray is the last prep step before coating or polishing — it strips the oil off the paint so you can move to the next step. The bottle is labeled "Degreasing Spray," 500ml. Things to know

Degreasing strips off any existing wax layer or sealant on the paint — that's what it's for. If you just had a coating or wax applied and only want routine maintenance, don't use it over the whole car.
The ingredients, pH, and which materials it's safe or unsafe for aren't published yet. For sensitive surfaces like interior plastic trim, rubber seals, matte paint, or color-change wrap, test on a small hidden area first.
The dilution ratio isn't published yet. Use it as labeled on the bottle — don't mix your own ratio.
Don't mix it with other chemicals.
Handle it like any chemical cleaner: wear gloves, keep the area ventilated, and don't work in an enclosed space for long stretches.
This isn't a substitute for an alcohol-based cleaner. Avoid using it over large areas indoors or in poorly ventilated spaces.
If it gets in your eyes or on your skin, flush immediately with plenty of water. Avoid ingestion, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Store away from high heat and direct sunlight. Don't leave it in the car long-term.

FAQ

We strongly advise against it. If you apply a coating without degreasing first, leftover wax and silicone can cut the coating's adhesion by more than 50%, leading to peeling or an uneven coat. Degreasing only takes 5 minutes, so don't skip it.

This is a safe alternative to IPA (isopropyl alcohol). IPA degreases well but it's highly volatile and irritating, so it needs ventilation and protective gear. This product is non-toxic and safe, so you can use it indoors without worry.

Apply it right away, no later than 30 minutes after. Dust and moisture in the air will settle back onto the bare paint, so the sooner you coat, the better the result.
